Decorated with central vignette of seated female figure with staff in her left hand, cornucopia in her right among sheafs of wheat, barrels, and piles of coins with a background of ships, canal boat, rail road, and factories. Bust portrait of Benjamin Franklin after the Martin portrait on left of bill; portrait of unidentified man on right.
