James Colebrooke (1680-1752) was an English mercer, banker, politician, and scrivener.
Summary
Printed order, completed in manuscript, exchanging James Colebrooke's Nevis and Saint Christophers bonds, issued by the South Sea Company, for an annual annuity from the British Government. A manuscript record of annuity payments made from 1722-1727 is present beneath the printed portion of the document.
