Poems.
The cover is enclosed by a bird drawn in black and white on stiff paper, cut out and folded so that its wings enfold both the front and back covers. The verso of the bird depicts an illustration of an airplane in the clouds, with a cutout of two women, nude, side by side with arms stretched upward, mimicing the shape of the plane. The book itself has covers hand-painted in a blue watercolor wash with title and author's name on front cover, and with the Vigía lamp enclosed in a circle with text of publisher name and collection name forming the border. Kraft paper pastedowns and additional paper cut-outs interspersed throughout. In the center of the book is a handmade paper "passport" (20 unnumbered pages ; 15 cm) with "República del Mundo" on cover, and bound with a single piece of tied yarn.
