Summary
13 autograph manuscript letters, signed, between William Henry Blaauw and Robert Trotter; Henry Thomas Pelham, Earl of Chichester; and Edward Turner. Letters discuss the decision to install a piscina in the altar at St. James the Less in Nutley, East Sussex. Blaauw and his correspondents claim that the piscina was not depicted in the original architectural plan and is not appropriate for St. James the Less. The letters also consider the possibility of publishing a letter by Bishop Ashurst Turner Gilbert where he discusses the matter.
