البداية: تبدأ بالآية 65 من سورة الفرقان، كما يلي: "... والذين يقولون ربّنا اصرف عنّا عذابَ جهنّمَ إنَّ عذابَها كان غرامًا ..."
Secundu folio (verse 73): Wa-alladhīna idhā dhukkirū bi-āyāti Rabbihim lam yakhirrū ʻalayhā ṣumman wa-ʻumyānan.
بداية الورقة الثانية (الآية 73): والذين إذا ذُكِّروا بآياتِ ربّهم لم يَخِرُّوا عليها صُمًّا وعُميانًا.

Binding: In dark brown leather with flap; cover deteriorated; front cover missing.
In good calligraphic naskh script, in black ink on cream color paper; text fully vocalized, recitation notaions in red ; few catchwords.
The text ends with verse 43 of Sūrat al-Naml, as follows: "... Wa-ṣaddahā mā kānat taʻbudu min dūni Allāhi innahā kānat min qawim kāfirīn ..."
ينتهي النص بالآية 43 من سورة النمل، كما يلي: "... وصدّها ما كانت تعبد من دون الله إنّها كانت من قوم كافرين ..."

Summary
Selections from the Qurʼān. Begins with verse 65 of Sūrat al-Furqān (Chapter 25), folios (1a-2b); followed by Sūrat al-Shuʻarāʼ (Chapter 26), folios (2b-18b); followed by part of Sūrat al-Naml (Chapter 27: 1-43), folios (18b-25a). The last page of the manuscript is stuck inside the back cover and most of the writing is illegible. The manuscript is probably from the seventeenth century, of Central Asian origin. Name of copyist not mentioned.
