Bound with Urbano Bolzanio, Urbani Grammaticae institutiones (Basel, 1524), in which the present fragment now survives as front and rear free endleaves and was formerly used as front and rear pastedowns. Accompanied by two unidentified bookseller descriptions.

Layout: double columns with 27 and 20 lines visible.
Script: anglicana.
Decoration: 2-line initial in blue, with red penwork.
