Issue in hand is similar to a stiff-paper bound edition published between 1863 and 1870. However the titles of the poems in the issue in hand are set in thin type compared to the other paper-bound issue, which is set in boldface block type. In red cloth, with pictorial design in black and gilt ink. Edges tinted red. Wood engravings signed by Edward. P. Cogger.
