Incipit: The manuscript begins with "Sūrat Maryam" (Chapter 19), as follows: "Bismillāh al-Raḥmān al-Raḥīm. KHYʻṢ. Dhikru raḥmati Rabbika ʻabdahu Zakarīyā. Idh nādá Rabbahu nidāʼan khafīyan. Qāla Rabbi innī wahana al-ʻaẓmu minnī wa-ishtaʻala al-raʼsu shayban ..."
تبدأ المخطوطة بـِ "سورة مريم" (السورة 19)، كما يلي: "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. كهيعص. ذكر رحمت ربّك عبدَه زكريّا. إذ نادى ربّه نداءً خفيًّا. قال ربِّ إنّي وهن العظم منّي واشتعل الرأسُ شيبًا ..."
Secundu folio: wa-yawma ubʻathu ḥayyan.

17.5 x 22 cm; written surface: 13 x 18 cm; 17 lines per page.
Binding: Unbound (in loose leaves).
In fair Maghribī script, in black ink on thick cream color paper; text vocalized in red, titles of the Sūrahs in red; vocalization in red; catchwords.
On folio 1a: "Sūrat Maryam. Makkīyah."
على وجه الورقة 1: "سورة مريم. مكية."
The manuscript ends with part of verse 20 of Sūrat al-Mujādalah (Chapter 58), as follows: "... Inna alladhīna yuḥāddūna Allāha ..."
تنتهي المخطوطة بجزء من الآيه 20 من سورة المجادلة (السورة 58)، كما يلي: "... إنّ الذين يحادّون الله ..."
