Summary
Be a Forward Thinker is a course teaching an essential for business and personal success. Forward thinkers go against the natural tendency to be conservative or maintain the status quo. They are not fixed on the past but move forward with vision and conviction. They take a structured and systematic look at possible change and assess likely outcomes.Research indicates that forward thinking is learned behavior rather than an innate human skill. We can learn to recognize trends and think critically, and envisage likely scenarios. We can learn to stay ahead of the curve. In this course psychologist Peter Quarry discusses ways to develop forward-thinking abilities because no matter what industry or profession you are in, you need to develop the ability to look, think and act ahead of the curve.
