Edison: the invention of the movies is a four-disc box set featuring 140 complete Edison Co. films from 1891 to 1918, all restored and newly remastered. This deluxe set also includes 200+ scans of artifacts from MoMA's Edison collection, film-by-film program notes, and two hours of interviews with early film experts.
