Summary
Posner s production was overtly sexual and set in the Edwardian period, with its mixture of emerging female emancipation and aesthetic masculinity. In this version, Sebastian (Ben Meyjes) romped on a bed with his sailor lover Antonio (Joseph Mydell), while Olivia (Matilda Ziegler) planted a kiss on Viola dressed as Cesario (Z e Waites), who lingered before pulling away, in a moment of sexual ambiguity.
