Description: For the Prime Minister's visit to Washington brief by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on British support for US policy, UK position as Geneva Co-Chairman, US prisoners in North Vietnam, Aid for Cambodia, British trade with North Vietnam, Indo-China and President Nixon's peace proposals which were rejected by the North Vietnamese Government at the Paris peace talks including an unconditional cease-fire, an Indo-China peace conference, a negotiated time-table for a complete withdrawal of US forces from South Vietnam, a political settlement in South Vietnam that would reflect the will of the South Vietnamese people, the immediate and unconditional relapse of all prisoners of war.
