Summary
Includes testimony of several witnesses regarding money, supposedly stolen by Peggy Martin. In her defense, Martin said she was invited to Peter Hubbard's for a beer, and while there a man asked her to sell him calico. For the calico, he paid her with the stolen note. Martin was acquitted.
