Marked as a copy. Certifies that in 1777, [Knox] had opportunities of observing the attention and industry of Messrs. Livingston and Turnbull in furnishing clothing for the army generally, and that he experienced the greatest readiness and punctuality on their part in furnishing the clothing for the corps of artillery in particular.
