Summary
Signed by Henry Knox and his wife, Lucy Knox. George Reid signed as a witness and David Fales signed as a witness and Justice of Peace. A bargain sale between Henry Knox and Israel Thorndike. Knox acknowledges he received [dollar sign] 990 from Thorndike and assigns Thorndike a parcel of land (60 acres) in Thomaston, Maine. Document also states Thorndike owes a note for [dollar sign] 300 plus interest and will receive another 200 acres of land. Various other notes and lots are also mentioned. Thomas [Price] noted at the bottom of the second page that the document was received and recorded.
