Summary
Medical Nutrition: From the Bottom Up discusses the fact that the United States may be in the best of times, or the worst of times, with regard to the current state of farming, production, and distribution, and the overall health benefits of foodstuffs in the history of our country. The video provides a basic update concerning medical nutrition, as well as details an overview of the evolution of how the medical community addresses the issue of nutrition.
