The agreement made by Alanson Judson, John McNale, Samuel S. Mills, James H. Burr, and Henry Churchill, directors of the Gloversville Mining Company, with William Case, Simon P. Carmichael, James Haggart, John D. Haggart, Norman Comrie, Abram Wiley, and Isaac McCall, stipulates that the directors will finance a trip to the California gold fields.
