Yale med volume includes two manuscripts written in ink, by different hands, and bound in full leather. It was purchased from Hogg (book seller) in May, 1960.

First item dated Paris le 20 Jan. 1751 on page 176 ; second, in a different hand, is entitled: "Formulles des Remedis Employés dans l'hopital des Religieux de la Charité de Paris" with initials L.S.N.S.J.C. and date 1752.
