Ḥall al-daqāʼiq wa-al-ghawāmiḍ fī sharḥ al-Farāʼiḍ / Badīʻ al-Dīn. -- [17--?].

Title and the author's name given by a modern hand on the cover (apparently taken from Ahlwardt 4707); the incipit has: hādhā kitāb fī sharḥ al-Farāʼiḍ fī ḥall al-daqāʼiq wa-al-ghawāmiḍ.

Incipit: "Bismillāh al-Raḥmān al-Raḥīm. al-Ḥamdu li-man manna ʻibādahu wa-ʻibādahu [ʻalá ʻibādihi, ṣaḥḥ] bi-irsāl rusulihi wa-hidayat [wa-hidāyat] subulihi ... Hādhā kitāb fī sharḥ al-farāʼiḍ fī ḥall al-daqāʼiq wa-al-ghawāmiḍ ..."

البداية: "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. الحمد لمن منّ عباده وعباده [على عباده، صحّ] بإرسال رسله وهدية [وهداية] سبله ... هذا كتاب في شرح الفرائض في حلّ الدقائق والغوامض ..."

Fair modern (18th century?) nastaʻlīq, in red and black; leaf 12 supplied in a later hand.

The explicit differs from the one given by Ahlwardt 4707; perhaps the text of leaf 12 is supplementary, or maybe the leaf does not belong to this tract.

Commentary on al-Farāʼiḍ al-Sirājīyah (treatise on the law of inheritance) of Muḥammad al-Sajāwandī.
