Beginning missing; folio 1a begings with: "... wa-hādhā kulluhu ijmāʻ min al-ʻulamāʼ wa-aʼimmat al-fatwá ..."

البداية مفقودة؛ الورقة 1 تبدأ بـِ: "... وهذا كله إجماع من العلماء وأئمة الفتوى ..."

The text corresponds to that of Arabic MSS 172, leaf 72 recto ff. The missing beginning probably occupied only 1 page.

Title, as above, supplied by a later hand in a slip pasted inside the front cover.
