Summary
Samite, a musician and man of peace, forced to flee Uganda in 1982 during the civil wars, returns to Africa to see if the African spirit he remembers so well is still alive. He encounters hopeful people with a strong will to survive helping each other rebuild in Liberia, the Ivory Coast, Rwanda and Uganda. He plays his music and sings for them, further enkindling their spirits.
