Summary
Manuscript on paper, in a single hand, of fifteen funeral sermons preached from 1688-1709 at Helston and Weldron, in Cornwall. One funeral sermon is titled "on the death of the Child of John Harris, who dyed with the small Pox." i Others commemorated are Robert Trevethan, George Collings, John Tremenheer, Elenor Pryor, William Penhalurick, William Hance and Mrs. Lukey. The text concludes with three essays titled "Description of one dying," "Commending a Woman," and "Exhortacion to young men." The manuscript also includes a sermon titled "Against self-murther."
