Written inside front cover: autograph of John Lee, along with the note "Doctors Commons."
Written inside front cover, in another hand: October 31, 1828. Repaired by M. Wilson. It appears, that this manuscript at one period belonged to Dr. Mason of Trinity College and afterwards to Dr. Farmer of Emanuel College - and at the sale of his effects the library of Dr. Parr was sold on 31 October 1828 by Mr. Evans, and the book was Lot 167.
Pasted inside front cover: signature of the Earl of Crawford and bookplate of the Bibliotheca Lindesiana.
Pasted on flyleaf: bookplate of Samuel Parr.
