Summary
Manuscript, in two hands, of a collection of 27 sentimental poems, many original, on such topics as death, love, and nature. Titles include The suicide; Friendship; Life; and Night. Occasionally the poems are autobiographical, including On my birthday and 21st year, dated 1833. Others, primarily on freemasonry, have been copied from Freemason's Quarterly Review. Also present is a poem titled The trial.
