Imprints on the verso of the postcard include "W. P. Peters, Drugs and Stationery, Herbert, Sask." An inscription on the verso in Italian, "Receivi tanto saluti (sic., Receive much health)" and an address of Box 72, Herbert, Saskatchewan.
Imprint in the image, "Bird's Eye View, Herbert, Sask."

Summary
A panoramic black and white photomechanical postcard depicting a view of Herbert, Saskatchewan, looking west probably from the top of the Herbert Mill. Published by W. P. Peters, Drugs and Stationery of Herbert, ca. 1910, the image depicts the main road in town, probably Herbert Avenue, which later became Main Street, and several residences. Inscriptions on the recto highlight the station of the Canadian Pacific Railway.
