Images in the album include views of cotton fields and plantation buildings; a detailed image of cotton plants; views of African Americans picking cotton in the fields; white men in a wagon pulled by mules spraying fields with calcium arsenate to poison boll weevils; African American children posed sitting on a large pile of cotton bolls, wagons filled with cotton bolls awaiting the ginning process, and uncompressed bales of cotton awaiting transport.
