The text begins with a factotum initial, inside a medallion reading: "The faithfvll scovt" (implying a connection to Daniel Border's newsbook); later issues have the motto: "The faithfvll poost [sic]".
A counterfeit designed to compete with The faithful post published by Robert Eeles.
