"Note.--All goods and packages, of whatever kind, should be distinctly marked with the name of the donor and place from which sent, and directed James E. Yeatman, Saint Louis, Mo., (for M.V.S. Fair.) ... Donations of money are specially solicited, and should be sent by mail or express to Samuel Copp, Jr., treasurer, &c., Saint Louis, Mo."--p. [3].
Another edition is dated "St. Louis, Mo., February 5, 1864," lists 50 names of members of the "Executive Committee of Ladies," and has slight variations in footnote on p. [3].
