Vargas Ugarte maintains that Fernando de Avendaño's 1648 Sermones de los misterios was published together with Villagómez's Carta pastoral, apparently on the basis of having seen one or more bound together copies. The JCB Lib. cat., Medina, Palau y Dulcet, and Sabin, however, describe them as separates. Cf. Vargas Ugarte, R. Impresos peruanos, 410.
