Summary
Interspersed with commentary by Lin Sampson, Fabio Todeschini and John Caviggia on Holyrood, an Art-Deco residential tower in Cape Town, South Africa, are dramatic vignettes about fictional residents of the building, here known as Springbok Heights. Many of the residents live on the fringe, including a retired physical education teacher, a lesbian couple and a tragic architect.
