To which is added a particular account of the late proceedings of Sir Gilbert Heathcote Kt. and the Court of Aldermen, touching the election of an Alderman for Bread-street Ward, which was done not only contrary to law, but also is a manifest violation of their oaths in prejudice to their office and duty
