A portion of the Vryheyt watermark visible at the bottom of the sheet. Cf. Churchill, W.A. Watermarks in paper, no. 84.
Sheet torn at lower right edge, with loss of the three characters from the title: 'ken' in Twickenham.
Probably a drawing by an amateur, possibly after Müntz's 1758 drawing "East View of Strawberry Hill near Twickenham in Middlesex". Date based on similarity of plantings in the two drawings.
