Summary
Document on vellum, being the signed and dated will of Josiah Stone, victualler of Old Windsor, 1751 September 22. He leaves all his possessions to his wife Mary and after her, to his niece Elizabeth King. He also bequeaths £50 to his father George Stone. The document was witnessed and also signed by Jno. Hickman, Anthony Herring, and John Worlidge. With a vellum probate slip, Canterbury's paper seal attached by a straight pin, and signed and dated by three Deputy Registers 1751 October 19.
