Incipit: "Bismillāh al-Raḥmān al-Raḥīm. al-Ḥamdu lillāh alladhī lā māniʻa li-ʻaṭāʼih wa-lā muʻāriḍa li-qaḍāʼih wa-lā munāqiḍa li-inshāʼih ... wa-baʻd fa-qad kuntu katabtu ʻiddah min al-suṭūr maʻa qillat al-biḍāʻah wa-kathrat al-futūr fī ʻilm al-munāẓarah wa-al-ādāb wa-qad qaṣadtu al-āna sharḥahā bi-ʻawn al-malik al-wahhāb. Aḥmaduka Allāhumma yā mujība kulli sāʼil. Āthara ṣīghat al-muḍāriʻ li-tadulla ʻalá al-istimrār al-tajaddudī ..."
البداية: "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. الحمد لله الذي لا مانع لعطائه ولا معارض لقضائه ولا مناقض لإنشائه ... وبعد فقد كنت كتبت عدة من السطور مع قلة البضاعة وكثرة الفتور في علم المناظرة والآداب وقد قصدت الآن شرحها بعون الملك الوهاب. أحمدك اللهم يا مجيب كل سائل. آثر صيغة المضارع لتدل على الاستمرار التجددي ..."

Wa-min Allāh al-tawfīq li-iẓhār al-ḥaqq wa-al-ilhām [ilá] al-ṣawāb fī kull bāb. al-Ḥamdu lillāh ʻalá al-tamām ... Tammat hādhā al-sharḥ al-Ṭāsh Kubrī fī Rabīʻ al-Ākhir sanat aḥad tisʻūn wa-miʼatayn baʻda al-alf. Ḥarrarahu Muḥammad al-Būrī fī al-Qayṣarī fī Madrasat Yaghmūr [or Baghmūr]."
النهاية: "... وآداب المناظرة غايت ما يراد في هذا الباب أي في آداب البحث إذ لا مزيد عليها في تقدير القواعد والأصول. ومن الله التوفيق لإظهار الحق والإلهام [إلى] الصواب في كل باب. الحمد لله على التمام ... تمت هذا الشرح الطاش كبري في ربيع الآخر سنة أحد تسعون ومائتين بعد الألف. حرره محمد البوري في القيصري في مدرسة يغمور [أو بغمور]."

Summary
Manuscript on the art, manners and etiquette of debate and debating from an Islamic point of view by Aḥmad ibn Muṣṭafá Ṭāshkubrīʹzādah (1495-1561), a prolific Arabized Ottoman Turkish scholar, historian and bibliographer, being a commentary on his own work Risālah fī ʻilm ādāb al-baḥth (also known by the title: Risālah fī ʻilm ādāb al-baḥth wa-al-munāẓarah). Copied by Muḥammad al-Būrī in Rabīʻ al-Ākhir, 1291 (May/June, 1874) in al-Qayṣrī (probably Kayseri, Turkey) at Madrasat Yaghmūr (or Baghmūr). Preceded by a one leaf (folio 1a-1b) in Ottoman Turkish and some Arabic by an anonymous dealing with the controversy regarding the fate of the father of the Prophet Muḥammad in the hereafter whether he will be in Heaven or in Hell, since he died as a pagan, which might have been added as an example of a debate.
