Manuscript, on vellum, in multiple hands, containing the text of the "Old" Natura brevium; the text of The old tenures; and a register of writs from the reign of King Edward III. These texts are followed by a copy of part of a testament by "John Norton of Wadyngham."

Binding: late eighteenth-century? full brown morocco, gilt. Title on spine: Fitzherbert Natura Brevium. Codex MSS in membranis.
Decoration: initials have red and blue flourishing; many paragraph marks in red or blue.
In Latin and Law French. A copy of part of a testament in Middle English on p. 420.
