The Sun hides below the horizon and night falls. Our body calls us to sleep and rest. Why do we need to dedicate a third of our life to sleep? What are the risks of not getting enough sleep? What are the consequences of those who work at night?These are some of the questions that we will seek to answer in this episode, dedicated to time and biological clocks.
