Summary
Jamison, a merchant in New York, reports to Livingston on the state of the Assembly in Albany, which continues in its trend of not remitting bills on time. Jamison also sends word of a fleet of 150 ships sailing for all parts, and that Sir William Chipps was appointed the Governor of all from N[ew] Yorke to Nova Scotia. Docketed on address leaf.
