Summary
Jamison apologizes for writing an empty letter, yet proceeds to write for almost two pages describing how he considers the actions taken against Livingston as proof of a corrupt system, the corruptest governments in the world see cause to varnish all the intrigues with the shadow of justice & faith, and then informs Livingston of the war between Holland and Spain. Docketed on address leaf.
