Summary
A reiteration of the two previous grants of lands given to Livingston, with the words all which several tracts or parcels of Land lying together. As the two parcels of land as granted were not adjacent, the connection of these masses of land created a property almost 200,000 acres in size. The granting of these lands together created a Lordship and Manor, and the entire annual rent remained at twenty-eight shillings.
