Summary
An expansion of Livingston's original tract of land at the Roeloffe Johnsons Kill to add an additional 600 acres of land (these being adjacent to the furthest expanse of the Province of New York on the border with Connecticut, and therefore not adjacent to his previous grant of land), for an annual rent of eight shillings.
