Script: gothic bookhand.
Decoration: 10 historiated initials and inhabited/illuminated initials to the other biblical books and their prologues, and the divisions of the Psalms; chapters with initials alternately blue or red, flourished in opposite color; verse initials alternately blue or red.
Binding: 19th-century red velvet, reusing mid-18th-century white metals clasps engraved "JL" and "1755." Edges gauffered and gilt.
From about f. 715 onwards medieval damage to the left gutter corner; repaired and any affected text rewritten in the 14th century.

Summary
Manuscript on parchment of the Bible, with interpretation of Hebrew names (begins f. 689v). Includes late 13th-century addition of list of the six ferial canticles, as well as 14th-century lists of Jesus's miracles and proverbs, and the books of a Paris Bible.
