The Portland Gold Mining Company, in the Cripple Region, Colorado, was dissolved in 1935 and absorbed by Golden Cycle Corporation.

Ten bound volumes containing typescript minutes, signed in manuscript, of monthly operational decisions of the company's founders and board members, including in 1902 the gold magnate Winfield Scott Stratton. Accompanied by documents relating to the dissolution of the company in 1935.
