Summary
Manuscript in a single hand containing six chapters of instructions in a system of shorthand, followed by the Psalms in shorthand. The text is preceded by an address to the reader extolling the utilty and ease of this system, signed by Robert Henderson. The work is followed by twelve pages in another hand of musical notation for Scottish tunes.
