Decoration: five miniatures; eleven large ornamental initials on gold grounds; many decorated initials with penwork.
Miniatures have been attributed to the Olivetan Master and the Master of the Lodi Choir Books.
Binding: full deerskin over wooden boards; extensive metalwork on binding.
In Latin.
