Script: Red and black ink. At least two scribal hands.
Decoration: Illuminations throughout.
Contains the Liturgy of the Coptic Jacobite with Anaphora of St. Cyril, which was originally a 6th century text attributed to Jacob Baradaeus, bishop of Edessa. Some pages missing. Non-alphabetic Coptic numeration reveal that pages are mostly in the 200s. Numeration occurred after emendation of text. Multiple pages are repaired by scraps of other paper.
Binding: 19th-20th century binding.
