Biographical / Historical Note
Noel Peattie (1932-2005) was a French-born poet and author. He served as Acquisitions Librarian at the University of California, Davis from 1966 to 1992. Peattie founded and published Sipapu, a review of counterculture literature.
L. (Laurence) McGilvery owned and operated The Nexus Bookshop and Gallery in La Jolla, California from 1960-1966.
