"Speech of Thomas Paine, as delivered in the Convention, July 7, 1795. Wherein he alludes to the preceding work."--p. [1], 34-40. This section was evidently added after the pamphlet was printed, and is not present in all copies. The "preceding work" alluded to is Paine's Dissertation on first principles of government, not his Decline and fall of the English system of finance. It is not clear why Paine's speech is appended here.
