To the sheriff of the county of [blank] or his deputy, or either of the constables of the town of [blank] within the said county; Greeting Whereas [blank] recovered judgment against [blank] before the [blank] Court, holden at [blank] within the county aforesaid, on the [blank] Tuesday of [blank] for the sum of [blank] debt; [blank] and [blank] costs of suit, as appears of record: whereof execution remains to be done: these are therefore, in His Majesty's name, to command you, that of the goods, chattels, or lands of the said [blank] within your precincts, you cause to be levied, and (the same to be disposed of or apprized as the law directs) paid and satisfied unto the said [blank] the aforesaid sums being [blank] in the whole, with one shilling [blank] proclamation money more for this writ; and therefore also to satisfy your self for your own fees. ...
