Includes seven well-preserved wax seals at bottom.

Manuscript, on parchment, in unidentified hand, containing a quadripartite land indenture of Clarendon House. Indenture is drawn up between Thomas Highmore, Henry Lidgbird, Robert Hester, George Savenant, Hantley Bigg and Richard Adams. Final leaf includes drawing of plot of land, including measurements and names of surrounding streets.
