Summary
(Special edition - 10:00-11:00p) - CBS News' year-long undercover investigation of Charter Behavioral Health Systems, the nation's largest chain of psychiatric hospitals, focuses on Charter's children's wards, where CBS found evidence of deaths, injuries and hospital falsification of medical records in institutions from Massachusetts to California. Charter has 91 hospitals in 32 states across the country, which admit about 60,000 children and adolescents every year and take in more than $300 million of taxpayer money annually.
